Preparing for Your Hot Tub

What You Need

Electricity Socket

A 13 amp socket is needed (inside or outside). This may be an outdoor waterproof socket or an indoor socket located close enough for us to safely run a power lead.

Water Supply

An outdoor tap is required for filling the hot tub. If you do not have one, alternative solutions may be possible – please contact us to discuss your setup before making a booking.

You must provide a suitable hosepipe long enough to reach from the water source to the installation site.

Suitable Surfaces

We can install on: Patio, slabs, tarmac, asphalt, grass, or concrete.

We cannot install on: Mud, gravel, slate, stones, pebbles, steep/uneven or unstable ground.

⚠️ Decking: A filled hot tub with bathers weighs between 1,200kg and 1,900kg. If installation is requested on decking, it is entirely the Hirer’s responsibility to ensure it can safely support the load. The Company accepts no liability for cracks, collapse, or damage caused to decking or supporting structures.

Space Needed

The amount of space you'll need depends on the model of hot tub you choose:

Smaller models: Allow a minimum of 2.5m x 2.5m

Hot tub with Gazebo: Recommended space is 3m x 3m

San Francisco model: Requires at least 3m x 3m to accommodate the larger size and external pump unit

Clean Area

Please ensure the space is clear of animal foul, rubbish, sticks, sharp objects, or anything that could damage the hot tub. We’ll provide a protective covering to go underneath the tub.

Delivery Access

A minimum clear access route of 80cm width and 2m height is required.

The pathway must be flat, clear, and free of obstructions.

We cannot deliver over steep slopes, or unsafe/uneven ground.

If delivery cannot be completed due to unsuitable or unsafe access, the booking may be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
